E inoi ana kia whai mana nga Maori ki te whakahaere i o ratou whenua i runga i nga huarahi e maharatia ana e ratou he pai.
Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, i te mea e pa ana tenei pitihana ki tetahi tikanga whakahaere a te Kawanatanga, kaore kau a te Komiti kupu.
