Petitioners pray that their lands may not be brought under the provisions of the Maori Land Settlement Act.

No. 562, 1905.—Pitihana a Hori Whiu ratou ko etahi atu tekau ma toru.
E inoi ana kia kaua e whakahaerea o ratou whenua i raro i nga tikanga o te Ture Whakanohonoho Whenua Maori.
Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, i te mea e pa ana tenei pitihana ki tetahi tikanga whakahaere a te Kawanatanga, kaore kau a te Komiti kupu.
