Nos. 414, 563, 564, and 565, 1905.—Petitions of Te Ngaruru and 233 Others, Hera te Wairingiringi and 56 Others, Rua Moetahuna and 116 Others, and Turiakina and 8 Others.

Petitioners pray that the West Coast Settlements Reserves Act may be repealed, and their lands handed over to them to manage for themselves.

I am directed to report that, as these petitions refer to a matter of policy, the Committee has no recommendation to make.
