Petitioners pray that an alleged agreement between themselves and counsel in connection with the Kaihinu No. 2 case before the Native Land Court, which they deny having made, may be produced, with a view to reversing the decision the Committee came to on their petition relating to the said block.

I am directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to this petition.
