Petitioners pray for a rehearing in connection with the Waituhi Block.

I am directed to report that the Committee recommends that this petition should be referred to the Government for inquiry.

No. 870, 1904.—Pitihana a Hohepa Waikore ratou ko etahi atu toko-wha.

E inoi ana nga kai-pitihana kia whakawakia tuaruatia a Waituhi Poraka.

Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, ki te whakaaro o te Komiti me tuku tenei pitihana ki te Kawanatanga kia uiuia.
