No. 900, 1904.—Petition of Ngamo Rauroha and 6 Others.
Petitioners pray for inquiry into the alleged wrongful conveyance of portion of the Tokanui Block to Makareti Hinewai.
I am directed to report that if the statements of the petitioners are correct they have a remedy at law; the Committee has therefore no recommendation to make.

No. 900, 1904.—Pitihana a Ngamo Rauroha ratou ko etahi atu toko-ono.
E inoi ana nga kai-pitihana ki a uiuia te whakawhitinga hetanga, e ai ki ta ratou ki a Makareti Hinewai, o tetahi wahi o Tokanui Poraka.
Kua Whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, mehemea e tika ana nga korero a nga kai-pitihana, kaati, kei te tuwhera he huarahi mo ratou i raro i te ture; na reira kaore kau a te Komiti kupu.
