No. 76, 1905.—Petition of Tatare Whakapaea and 713 Others.

Petitioners pray that their district may be excluded from the Tauranga Maori Council District and included in Waikato.

I am directed to report that the Committee recommends that this petition should be referred to the Government.

No. 76, 1905.—Pitihana a Tatare Whakapaea ratou ko etahi atu e whitu rau tekau ma toru.

E inoi ana nga kai-pitihana kia kapea to ratou takiwa ki waho o te Takiwa Kaunihera Maori o Tauranga, a kia whakaurua atu ki to Waikato.

Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, ki te whakaaro o te Komiti me tuku atu tenei pitihana ki te Kawanatanga.
