Petitioners allege that Te Rahui Block was not absolutely sold, and they pray for restitution.
I am directed to report that, as this matter has already been dealt with by the Government, the Committee has no recommendation to make.

No. 272, 1903.—Pitihana a Petera Rahui me etahi atu e whitu tekau ma whitu.
E ki ana nga kai-pitihana kaore a Te Rahui Poraka i tino hokona, a e inoi ana kia whakahokia atu ki a ratou.
Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, i te mea kua oti tenei take te mahi e te Kawanatanga kaore kau a te Komiti kupu.
