Nos. 474, 497, 514, and 535.—Petitions of Huta Tangihia and 27 Others, Wi Keepa te Rangipuawhe and 78 Others, Hirini Tatae and 12 Others, and Kaio Otene and 15 Others.

Petitioners protest against Mahuta being styled "King of all the Maoris."

I am directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to these petitions.

Nos. 474, 497, 514, me 535.—Pitihana a Huta Tangihia me etahi atu e rua tekau ma whitu Wi Keepa te Rangipuawhe me etahi atu e whitu tekau ma waru; Hirini Tatae me etah atu tekau ma rua; Kaio Otene me etahi atu tekau ma rima.

E whakahe ana mo te tapanga ko Mahuta "te Kingi o nga Maori katoa."

Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, kaore kau a te Komiti kupu mo runga i tenei pitihana.
