Reports of the Native Affairs Committee, 1903.

[No. 380, 1902.—Petition of Mere Ngue.]

No. 380, 1902.—Petition of Mere Ngue.

Petitioner prays for rehearing as to succession to Hemi Paraire, deceased owner in Lot 226, Pukete, and Lot 204, Komakorau.

I am directed to report that the Committee is satisfied that the petitioner has good grounds for her petition, but, as there is still a remedy open under section 39 of "The Native Land Court Act, 1894," it has no recommendation to make.
