No. 298, 1902.—Petition of Te Kono te Aho.

Petitioner prays for rehearing in connection with succession to interests of late Takerei te Aho in Lot 279, Whangamarino, and of late Peti te Aho in Lot 18, Te Onewhero, and other lands.

I am directed to report that the Government should act on the suggestion of the Chief Judge of the Native Land Court in regard to this matter.

6th August, 1903.

E inoi ana te kai-pitihana kia whakawakia tuaruatia te riiwhitanga o nga hea o Takerei te Aho ki Whangamarino, me nga hea o Peti te Aho ki Rota 18 Te Onewhero me etahi atu whenua.

Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, me whakahaere tenei putake e te Kawanatanga i runga i nga tohutohu a te Tumuaki Kai-whakawa o te Kooti Whenua Maori i whakaputa ai mo tenei take.
