No. 278, 1902.—Petition of Ratana Tamaho and 25 Others.

Petitioners pray for a subsidy for a ferry-boat at Whangape, Hokianga.

I am directed to report that the Committee recommends that this petition be referred to the Government for favourable consideration.

No. 278, 1902.—Pitihana a Ratana Tamaho me etahi atu e rua tekau ma rima.

E inoi ana nga kai-pitihana kia hoatu he moni hei tautoko i te pere-poti o Whangape, Hokianga.

Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, ki te whakaaro o te Komiti me tuku atu tenei pitihana ki te Kawanatanga kia uiuia paitia.
