[No. 122, 1902.—Petition of Toi Tamati and 10 Others.]

No. 122, 1902.—Petition of Toi Tamati and 10 Others.

Petitioners pray for investigation into their right to moneys deposited in the Post-Office Savings-bank at Masterton by the late Arapeta te Haruru, a deceased owner in Manaia No. 107, to whom they have been declared the rightful successors.

I am directed to report that, as this matter has been settled by special legislation since the petition was presented, the Committee has no recommendation to make.
