No. 106, 1902.—Petition of Hapeta Whakamairu. (No. 1.)

Petitioner prays for inquiry into succession to Te Retimana te Korou, a deceased owner in the Tangohia Reserve, part of the Maungarake Block.

I am directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to this petition.

E inoi ana te kai-pitihana kia uiuia te whakatuunga kai-riiwhi mo Te Retimana te Korou, kua mate, he tangata i uru ki Tangohia Rahui, he wahi no Maungarake Poraka.

Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, kaore kau a te Komiti kupu mo runga i tenei pitihana.
