Petitioners pray that a Court may investigate the title to a piece of land called "Te Maunga," adjoining the Katikati No. 1 Block.
I am directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to this petition.

No. 1277, 1901.—Pitihana a Hori Ngatai me etahi atu e waru tekau ma toru.
E inoi ana nga kai-pitihana kia whakawakia e te Kooti te taitara o tetahi piihi whenua tona ingoa ko "Te Maunga," e piri ana ki Katikati Nama 1 Poraka.
Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, kaore kau a te Komiti kupu mo runga i tenei pitihana.
