[No. 193, 1902. —Petition of Kipa te Whatanui.]

No. 193, 1902. —Petition of Kipa te Whatanui.

Petitioner alleges that his lands—Pahianui No. 3 and Waerenga No. 7A Blocks, Otaki district—have been wrongfully taken from him under mortgage deeds, the completion of which he denies. He now prays for restitution.

I am directed to report that, as the matter referred to was so exhaustively gone into and settled last session, the Committee has no recommendation to make.
