Petitioners pray for a rehearing in connection with the Hapuakohe Block.

I am directed to report that the Committee recommends that this petition should be referred to the Government for inquiry.

No. 1244, 1901. —Pitihana a Te Atarahi Tamakere me etahi atu toko-iwa.

E ioni ana nga kai-pitihana kia whakaaetia he whakawa tuarua mo Hapuakohe Poraka.

Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, ke te whakaaro o te Komiti, me tuku atu tenei pitihana ki te Kawanatanga kia uiuia.
