No. 620, 1901. —Petition of Eru Maki and 3 Others.

Petitioners pray that Rahuiroa, a portion of the Whananaki Block, may be returned to them.

I am directed to report that the Committee recommends that this petition should be referred to the Government for favourable consideration.

No. 620, 1901. —Pitihana a Eru Maki me etahi atu toko-toru.

E inoi ana kia whakahokia atu ki a ratou a Rahuiroa, he wahi no Whananaki Poraka.

Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, ki te whakaaro o te Komiti me tuku atu tenei pitihana ki te Kawanatanga kia whiriwhiria paitia.
