Petitioners pray that the interests of the owners of the reserves in the Ruakituri and Taramarama Blocks may be allocated, or that the lands may be brought under the operation of the Native Land Court Act.

I am directed to report that the Committee recommends that this petition should be referred to the Government for consideration.
