No. 466, 1899.—Petition of Taniwha.
Petitioner alleges that a portion of the purchase-money of the Ngaire Block was misappropriated by a Native agent named Charles Richardson Bayley, and prays for inquiry and relief.
I am directed to report that the Committee, having fully inquired into this matter, consider the petition of so frivolous a nature that it has no recommendation to make.
