No. 71, 1898.—Petition of Tuta Nihoniho.

Petitioner prays that certain applications to have the Taoroa, Makarika, Te Ahi-a-te-Atua, and Orua Blocks, Poverty Bay district, brought before Validation Court may not be allowed to proceed.

I am directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to this petition.

E inoi ana te kai-pitihana kia kaua e tukuna kia whakahaerea ki te aroaro o te Kooti Whakamana Take etahi tono mo nga Poraka o Taoroa, Makarika, Te Ahi-a-te-Atua, me Orua, takiwa o Papati Pei.

Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, kaore kau a te Komiti kupu mo runga i tenei pitihana.
