No. 70, 1898.—Petition of Timi Waata Rimini.
Petitioner alleges that a portion of the Pukehina Block has been wrongfully included in a Government purchase adjoining, and prays for restitution.
I am directed to report that the Committee recommends that this petition be referred to the Government for the purpose of having legislation introduced to give effect to the prayer of the petitioner.
