Petitioners allege that the whole of the Whangawehi No. 2 Block has not been sold, and pray that the balance be returned to the non-sellers.
I am directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to this petition.

No. 155.—Pitihana a Te Maketu me etahi atu e rua tekau ma ono.
E ki ana nga kai-pitihana kaore i hokona katoatia te Poraka o Whangawehi Nama 3, a e inoi ana kia whakahokia atu nga eka e tika ana ki nga tangata kaore i hoko.
Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, kaore kau a te Komiti kupu mo runga i tenei pitihana.
