Petitioners pray that they may be admitted into the title of Te Ohu (Manawatu No. 3) Block.

I am directed to report that, as the land referred to has been held by a European under Land Transfer title for some years past, and as the petitioners failed to avail themselves of the provisions of "The Equitable Owners Act, 1886," before the sale by the registered owners took place, the Committee has no recommendation to make.
