Petitioners pray for a rehearing in connection with Whakaihuwaka Block, in order that they may be admitted to the rights of their ancestors.
I am directed to report that the Committee recommends that this petition be referred to the Government for inquiry.

E inoi ana nga kai-pitihana kia whakawakia tuaruatia a Whakaihuwaka Poraka kia uru ai ratou ki nga tika o ratou tupuna.
Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, ki te whakaaro o te Komiti me tuku atu tenei pitihana ki te Kawanatanga kia uiuia.
