No. 510.—Petition of Arapera Pahura and 7 Others.
Petitioners pray that the decrees of the Validation Court in regard to Mangaheia No. 2 Block, Tolaga Bay, be not made absolute until further inquiry has been held.
I am directed to report that the Committee recommend that this petition be referred to the Government for consideration.

E inoi ana nga kai-pitihana kia kaua te Whakataunga a te Kooti Whakamana mo Mangaheia No. 2 Poraka, Uawa, e whakatuturutia engari me ata uiuia ano.
Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, ki te whakaaro o te Komiti me tuku atu tenei pitihana ki te Kawanatanga kia whiriwhiria.
