No. 421.—Petition of Hotutaua Pakukohatu and 51 Others.

Petitioners pray for a rehearing in regard to Kinohaku East No. 2 (Pakeho), part of the Rohepotae.

I am directed to report that the Committee recommend that this petition be referred to the Government for consideration.

No. 421.—Pitihana a Hotutaua Pakukohatu me etahi atu e rima tekau ma tahi.

E inoi ana nga kai-pitihana kia whakawakia tuaruati a Kinohaku Rawhiti No. 2 (Pakeho), wahi o Rohepotae.

Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, ki te whakaaro o te Komiti me tuku atu tenei pitihana ki te Kawanatanga kia whiriwhiria.
