Petitioner prays that inquiry may be made into ownership of Kahutara Block, alleged to have been wrongfully taken by Government.
I am directed to report that the Committee recommend that this petition be referred to the Government for consideration.

E inoi ana te kai-pitihana kia whakawakia kia kitea ai ko wai nga tangata mo ratou a Kahutara Poraka, e kiia nei i tangohia hetia e te Kawanatanga.
Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, ki te whakaaro o te Komiti me tuku atu tenei pitihana ki te Kawanatanga kia whiriwhiria.
