Petitioners pray for the return of their land at Ohineuha, which they allege should have been reserved from the sale of the Porangahau Block.
I am directed to report that the Committee recommend that this petition be referred to the Government for consideration.

E inoi ana nga kai-pitihana kia whakahokia atu ki a ratou to ratou whenua a Ohineuha, e ki nei ratou i rahuitia ki waho o te hoko o Porangahau Poraka.
Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, ki te whakaaro o te Komiti me tuku atu tenei pitihana ki te Kawanatanga kia whiriwhiria.
