No. 473.—Petition of G. A. Hirschberg.

Petitioner alleges that, through a legal technicality, he is unable to complete certain transactions in connection with leasing portion of the Ngawakaakupe Block No. 3, Wairarapa. He prays that legislation may be passed to enable him to bring the matter before the law-courts.
