No. 233.—Petition of Hoani Pahau and 30 Others.

Petitioners pray for return of Wakawaka-o-te-Huruhi, Waiheke Island, Auckland, which they allege was wrongfully included in an adjoining block (Mokopukupuku) sold to the Crown.

I am directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to this petition.

No. 233.—Pitihana a Hoani Pahau me etahi atu e toru tekau.

E inoi ana nga kai-pitihana kia whakahokia atu ki a ratou a Wakawaka-o-te-Huruhi, kei Waiheke, Akarana, i te rnea e ki ana ratou i uru he atu taua whenua ki Mokopukupuku Poraka i hokona ki te Karauna.

Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, kaore kau a te Komiti kupu mo tenei pitihana.
