Petitioners pray for a rehearing in regard to Lots 65 and 69, Parish of Waipa.

I am directed to report that the Committee recommend this petition be referred to the Government for consideration.

No. 378.—Pitihana a Huirama Riutoto me etahi atu.

E inoi ana nga kai-pitihana kia whakawakia tuaruatia a Rota 65 me 69, Parihi o Waipa.

Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, ki te whakaaro a te Komiti me tuku atu tenei pitihana ki te Kawanatanga kia whiriwhiria.
