No. 109.—Petition of Kimokimo Pepene and 3 Others.
Petitioners claim to be the owners of Section 15, Block XII., Waitoa Survey District, part of Te Aroha Block, from which the Government have taken steps to eject them. They pray for relief.
I am directed to report that, after making exhaustive inquiries into the question, the Committee recommend that this petition be referred to the Government for favourable consideration.

E ki ana nga kai-pitihana no ratou a Tekiona 15, Poraka XII., Takiwa Ruri o Waitoa, wahanga o Te Aroha Poraka, a i panaia ratou i taua whenua e te Kawanatanga. E inoi ana ratou kia hoatu he ora mo ratou.
Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, kua tino uiuia tenei putake, a ki te whakaaro a te Komiti me tuku atu tenei pitihana ki te Kawanatanga kia whiriwhiria paitia.
