The Native Land Laws Amendment Bill.

I Have the honour to report that the Native Affairs Committee, to whom was referred the above-mentioned Bill, have duly considered the same, and are of opinion that it should be allowed to proceed, subject to the amendments shown on a copy of the Bill attached hereto.
