Petitioners pray that legislation may be provided to empower the Public Trustee to pay over to them their shares of the Ngatitoa trust moneys.

I have the honour to report that the Committee recommend that an Order in Council should be issued, as indicated by the Public Trustee in his report to the Committee, to give effect to the prayer of the petitioners.
