No. 236.—Petition of Te Mira and 15 Others.
Petitioners allege that a reserve originally laid down for them in the Waipuku, Patea Block, the land on which the Town of Stratford now stands, was taken by Government, and one of much less value given to them instead. They pray for compensation.
