[No. 303.—Petition of Hapi Puketapu and 26 Others.]

Petitioners pray that a medical practitioner may be appointed to attend the Maoris in the Pitoone, Hutt, and surrounding districts.

I have the honour to report that the Committee recommend that this petition should be referred to the Government for favourable consideration.
