No. 1, 1895.—Petition of David Glendinning.
Petitioner prays that a refund may be made of £227, which amount he alleges was overpaid by him as Native land duty.
I have the honour to report that, in the opinion of this Committee, the above-mentioned petition should be referred to the Public Accounts Committee.
