Petitioners pray for relief in connection with the award of the Native Land Court in regard to Ohuia No. 1 Block, Hawke's Bay.
I am directed to report that this Committee is of opinion that this petition should be referred to the Government for consideration.

E inoi ana nga kai-pitihana kia puta atu he ora ki a ratou mo runga mo te whakataunga a te Kooti Whenua Maori i te keehi o Ohuia Nama 1 Poraka, Haki Pei.
Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei: Kei te whakaaro tenei Komiti me tuku tenei pitihana ki te Kawanatanga kia uiuia tona tikanga.
