No. 522.—Petition of Hone Rapatini.
Petitioner prays that the award of the Native Land Court in the matter of Maraea Moimohi's land at Otago Heads be given effect to.
I am directed to report that the Committee is of opinion this petition should be referred to the Government, and that they be urged to hasten the inquiry in order that the compensation awarded by the Native Land Court may be paid.

E inoi ana te kai-pitihana kia whakaritea te whakataunga a te Kooti Whenua Maori mo te whenua o Maraea Moimohi i Otakou (Otago Heads).
Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei: Kei te whakaaro te Komiti me tuku tenei pitihana ki te Kawanatanga, a kia tere te uiui a te Kawanatanga i taua mea kia utua ai te moni utu i whakataua e te Kooti Whenua Maori.
