[No. 359.—Petition of Retireti Tapihana.]

Petitioner prays that certain undertakings entered into in connection with the purchase of lands at Rotorua by the Government be given effect to.

I am directed to report that the Committee is of opinion this petition should be referred to the Government for favourable consideration.
