Praying that the present holders of the titles to the Kauwaeranga and Turipukunui Blocks may be prevented from selling the same, as they are in reality only trustees for their tribe.

I have the honour to report that the Committee recommends that this petition be referred to the Government, with the view of ascertaining whether legislation can be introduced to give effect to the prayer of the petition.
