No. 408.—Petition of Taekata te Tokoihi and 2 Others.
Petitioners allege that the rents on certain lands in Rotorua whereon two hotels are built have been wrongly withheld from them. They pray that the same may be paid to them, or other relief granted.
I have the honour to report that the Committee are of opinion that this petition should be referred to the Government, with the recommendation that an inquiry be held into the matter at Rotorua.
