The Native Land Court Certificates Confirmation Bill.

I have the honour to report that the Native Affairs Committee, to whom was referred the Native Land Court Certificates Confirmation Bill, have duly considered the same, and are of opinion it should be allowed to proceed, with the amendments as shown on the copy attached hereto.
