Petitioner prays, on behalf of Tepene Ruruku and his three brothers, for a re-hearing in the matter of the late Apihai's share of Te Akau Block No. 3, Putataka, Parish of Tainui, Raglan.
I have the honour to report that the Committee is of opinion this petition should be referred to the Government for inquiry.
