No. 120.—Petition of Andrew Otto.
Petitioner alleges that he has been put to considerable loss through an error made by Government in connection with the purchase of Otautu No. 4B Block. He prays for compensation.
I have the honour to report that the Committee is of opinion this petition should be referred to the Government for further inquiry.
