Reports of the Native Affairs Committee, 1893.

[No. 706, 1891, Sess. II.—Petition of Ngahina Taua and Others.]

No. 706, 1891, Sess. II.—Petition of Ngahina Taua and Others.

Petitioners allege that a woman named Kuini Thompson has got possession of a portion of their land in the Whareroa Block, Taranaki, in a fraudulent manner. They pray that the order of the Court granting her the land may be set aside and a rehearing held.

I have the honour to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make in connection with this petition.
