No. 135.—Petition of Rihi Huanga.

Petitioner alleges that owing to the restrictions on his land he is unable to raise sufficient funds to procure medical treatment for an incurable disease from which he is suffering. He prays for removal of the said restrictions.

I have the honour to report that the Committee is of opinion that no recommendation can be made with regard to this petition.
