Reports of the Native Affairs Committee, 1893.

[No. 179.—Petition of Michael Mullooley.]

No. 179.—Petition of Michael Mullooley.

Petitioner alleges that through the action of the Government he is unable to complete his title to land known as Mangarara No. 2, Uawa Block, and in consequence is likely to suffer heavy losses. He prays for relief.

I have the honour to report that the Committee is of opinion this petition should be referred to the Government, with the recommendation that inquiries be instituted with a view to finally settling the matter referred to therein.
