Petitioner prays for a further rehearing in the matter of Aorangi No. 3G Block.

I have the honour to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make, it having been ascertained that the petitioners were awarded land in the Aorangi No. 3G Block, other than that now in dispute, and that they are now residing on the disputed land, notwithstanding the Native Land Court has twice decided the same does not belong to them.
